The renovation reimagines the hotel’s suites as refined, immersive environments, pairing contemporary detailing with crafted elements inspired by Pan Pacific’s Singaporean heritage. Designers and specialist furniture makers from Singapore collaborated with Pan-Asian artisans to create bespoke pieces, layered textures, and a rich material palette that elevates the guest experience.
The project comprised the full transformation of 42 suites and enhancements to 165 guest rooms within a live, 42-storey mixed-use tower. A key design challenge was maintaining uninterrupted hotel operations while delivering a cohesive, high-quality aesthetic across multiple room typologies.
As Principal Designer and Project Manager, we translated the creative vision into buildable solutions, coordinating technical design, regulatory compliance and international FF&E production, while carefully sequencing installation to align with occupancy and brand standards.
